You have 14 days after receipt to return all or part of your order. Write to us at contact@lola-et-noe.com: we will give you the procedure and the return address (our return center is based in Canada).

Return shipping costs are at your expense, and tracked shipping is recommended. The refund is issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the item.

Exchanges are not offered at this time, and made-to-measure garments are not refundable. In case of a manufacturing defect, send us a photo within 48 hours of receipt.
