Refund policy

The Lola et Noé return period is 14 days from the date the order is received.

Every customer has the right to change their mind and return all or part of an order within 14 days of receiving it. To make a return, please submit your request to us by email within that period. A member of Lola et Noé will then let you know the applicable procedure and the return address. Please note that our returns center is located in Canada. 

Once your return is received by Lola et Noé, it will be inspected, and if it meets the conditions above, Lola et Noé will refund the product(s) within 14 days.

Exchanges are not accepted at this time.

Made-to-measure garments cannot be refunded, as we are unable to resell the item.

Please note that all shipping costs are borne by the customer. The buyer is therefore responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product(s) to Canada; Lola et Noé does not cover return costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning a product, so that you can follow its progress and benefit from the additional insurance offered by delivery services.
